4.1 applications list:
main control room:
- give permission for all the voting rooms to vote once
- reset counters
- end the vote and take back permission from all the rooms that still didn't vote
- display the results on the screen
- display separating lines on the screen
- a redstone torch that says if the counters are reset and ready to start new vote
5.0 application list:
- give permission to vote
- take back permission to vote
- reset and start new vote
- reset and turn off the vote
- turn on/off the screen
(when the screen is off the results are visible in a sidebar display on the screen of all the players)

- Everything is wireless
- Added sidebar display
