After the attack on Sector 001, the Federation sought out a new design to tackle the threat of the Borg's tactical cubes. The Carrera was their response to the Borg's dreadnaught, using previously tried and tested methods seen on other ships, she was designed to deal a blow and avoid taking one. With the size, maneuverability, and fire power of the USS Defiant, and the long distance range, and crew accommodations like that of the USS Intrepid, the USS Carrera is one of the most advanced ship in the fleet. Now it's up to you to take her out on her maiden voyage.

-Updated to 1.4.2 With working holodeck and bridge announcement functions. The holodeck is located to the aft of deck 6, or you can instantly transport there with the command block on the bridge that is labeled "to holodeck". This is our second 1.4 updated ship, and we will be working on the 1.4 update to the Sao Paulo here shortly.-

And from there I determine the width in mcedit using the paint tool. From there I do the actual hull by hand. That process can take around 2-3 hours tops, with the whole process being around 5-6 hours total. So it does help reduce time. If you did want to go faster, you could always take a 3D model and convert it into minecraft, but this way does allow you to keep your own creativity in making the hull..... soooo, yah. That's how I do it!
