Hello and welcome to my new terraform world. Well, it isn't really new, but technically it is. A while back I tried to create a world in WorldMachine, but I never knew how to export it to Minecraft. But then I learned what Height maps are. And that you could import them in WorldPainter and export them to Minecraft that way. Stupid me..
Anyway this map is a map with some big islands, which are very hilly. But your spawning on a small little island. And yeah, this map also has this giant wall egding the map. This map is survival ready if you want to try that out. And it highly recommended that you use my StarkCraft Resourcepack to this map, but I guess any pack would be fine, but don't tell me it looks ugly without it.
Tell me if you like WorldMachine maps more than WorldPaint maps.

ALso, I heard about your world limit problem. I might have 2 solutions:
1) Delete it with MCEdit or
2) There SHOULD be an option to have water at the world limit where you can also select the water level and stuff

It's either that or make a void outside it. But the problem there is I let WorldPaint generate ores and stuff underground so the map will be totally survival ready. And if you make a void edge of the map WorldPaint will asume the void is a part of the map and generate flying ores in the air. And I don't really know how to fix that, I'm working on it for my terraform maps. But thanks for the help anyway, man
You should try the flying ores thing some time ;) For the floating islnd survival maps or whatever they're called
