My fellow builders and visitors,

I would like to introduce to you my latest progress and final version of Tributes Avenue for Capitol city project, which Im working on since summer of 2016.
This version of city circle/tributes ave. is one of the most characteristic and significant builds in the city and I really tried to make it pleasent for eyes of those who love The Hunger Games the way I do. Altho in movies was Capitol pictured rather as a gray heavily art deco influenced metropolis, I personally love both art deco and classicism, so it is sound more like it through out the whole city. But this is just a small sneak peak in the project.
