This spawn consists of 2 buildings. The tower contains the main spawn at ground level, some shops and an area designated for a game hub. 2 game arena's are located on the top floors of both towers. The lower building is the administration building. Not only does it contain a large shopping center, the upper levels contains plenty of offices for the staff members and walls where players can post their complaints or ideas.
Want to organize an event? The complex offers lots of space for different kind of events. Use the main plaza, one of the smaller parks or for your indoor needs, there are 2 halls and a restaurant on the upper floors of the administration building.

Everything you'd need in a spawn is already located in the buildings and there is plenty of room for expansion both inside the building and around it.
