Hey PMC,
This is an older idea but i had not seen it before so i made a video on this cool way to make buttons and controls using noteblocks and many other items!
I first saw this used on JL2579's video on his minecart intersection and decided to investigate, i ended up coming up with this design, if you use a glass bottle and take 2 lots of water out of the cauldron you can make this 1 wide tileable!

But making it 1 wide tileable wouldn''t the redstone dust interact wich each other so it doesn''t work anymore? Or did I miss a part in taking out 2 bottles of water from the cauldron?
The contest is currently in reviewing/diamonding for the next 2 days still. After that the site will calculate the finalists (I hope 50 finalists) and then the contest judges will judge. The last time it took several months due to several finalist disqualifications, or judges didn´t do their job correctly except for one who was away in the reviewing/diamonding period.
