If you mean transforming/converting Java to bedrock you may use chunker ,but remember that it cannot perfectly functioning because the bedrock and java are very different in terms of their commands .java are for PC while bedrock for android.

But if you mean how to import bedrock edition you can use zarcher

This mcpe files already have folder so you can directly paste it in minecraft world,but if in case if you incounter without Folder or only files ,you should create folder from minecraft maps to place the contents so the file will directly import to your mcpe world.If you need some more information you can watch some on you tube.
