In the heart of a vast, lush meadow, bathed in the soft light of the sun piercing through the leaves of the neighboring trees, stands a modest medieval house. Built with simple materials, it seems to merge harmoniously with the nature that surrounds it.

The walls of the house are made of rustic stones, carefully arranged to form a solid structure. Wooden beams support the sloping roof, covered with terracotta tiles which have weathered over time. Climbing vines delicately cling to the walls, adding a touch of greenery to the whole.

A small solid wood door opens onto a warm interior. Inside, the dirt floor contrasts with the simplicity of the whitewashed walls. A stone fireplace occupies part of the wall, emitting a soft, comforting glow. Rudimentary, hand-carved furniture is functionally arranged: a sturdy wooden table in the center of the room, a few chairs and a bed covered with linen curtains.

Narrow windows let in natural light while providing picturesque views of the surrounding meadow. Outside, a small herb garden thrives near the house, while a stone well ensures the water supply.

The wind carries the gentle murmur of the tall grass of the prairie to the ears of the resident of this humble abode, creating a natural symphony that accompanies each day spent in this peaceful and enchanting place.

Bad File / How the Heck do I Convert .schematics?

I really want to download and use this house, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to convert it from .schematic to .nbt so I can use it with the Create mod (even after researching close to two hours). I've tried loading it in with the Litematica mod to convert it from .schematic, .litematic, then to .nbt, but it failed to load from the Litematica directory. I tried to just change the file type from .schematic to .nbt, but -- obviously -- that didn't work either. There's a website called Cubical.xyz, but that only converts .nbt to .schematic files. Considering Litematica couldn't load in the blueprint after checking it was up to date, I'm lead to believe that maybe the file has nothing on it? If I'm wrong I'd greatly appreciate some help because I cannot find an answer. I just made my friend wait for me for an hour and a half and now he's offline.

EDIT: Messed with MCedit for a bit; wouldn't load a world without an error. Did some more research and apparently the MCedit 2 won't load with anything past 1.13 and the first one is no longer open. Pretty sure the different rocks weren't even added yet back then. That's another solution checked off the list.

Maybe there is a download error I just tried and it works. Which version do you want to use?

I'm trying to use it on 1.18.2. Though my main concern is the fact that the file type doesn't show up when I'm trying to make a schematic via Create because it isn't in the nbt format. How do you get it in your world?

Just found out about WorldEdit's functionality. I assume that's the proper way to make it work?

The schematic isn't loading due to an unknown error. I'm just now recognizing what could be mud blocks on the roof, which is 1.19...

I've tried 1.20.4 and 1.19.2 and for some reason the schematic still isn't loading "due to an unknown error". I'm gonna hit the hay and figure it out some other time. Thought I had it figured out lmao
