The Little Trinity Building is a 13-story Art Deco styled office building, located at 7 Dream Ave, Wilson Square Neighborhood Limettan Island, NLC. Built 1926-1927. Based on a real building: 170 Varick St, NYC
Building time: ~2.5 hours.
