Yes, I could make one, in fact I thought about making one a couple years ago. I didn't make it though because I found this one and thought it was pretty good:



It seems to be an exact copy of this one:


It still is a very good design in my opinion, only the wheel suspension looks a bit outdated, although it works just fine as it is.
So I might make a mars rover and decide not to upload it because it's too similar to the one above xD
We'll see.
It might take some time until I build it because I'm working on something else right now, also space related. Maybe I decide to build the rover in between, I don't know yet. I'll build it eventually xD
Until then you could use the design from above and rework the wheel suspension yourself maybe. I like the design a lot. Mine isn't going to look much different from it, just a bit lower and with slightly more detail here and there I guess.
