- Laundry
- 3 storage rooms with various things
- Staff rest room
- Empty attic (because I'm lazy)
- Empty room in the attic (because I'm lazy)
- Administrator's room
- Staff on duty's room
- 3 toilets (one in the staff only area)

Something else I forgot.

Black fences throughout the sanatorium are heating radiators.
