Gigantic didnt have the stacked life boats. That was inserted when she was renamed during her being built.

yes, I'm just the architect. i calculate the size of the ship and locate the rooms, my historian tells me where which room was, as others are the controlers who make sure that nothing is missing or wrong. everyone of us has his own job at the "shipyard".

Sieht ja ganz nett aus soweit, aber die Britanic ist ja die Gigantic... also das war ja damals ein und das selbe schiff. Der Name Gigantic war eigentlich dafür vorgesehen, doch nach dem Untergang der Titanic und nachdem die Olympic klasse 1913 schon nicht mehr die gröà te Schiffsklasse der Welt war, wollte die White Star Line nicht mehr überheblich wirken oder sich gar übernehmen mit dem Namen, da ihr Image und Ruf ja durch das Titanic Unglück mehr als angeschlagen war, weswegen die Gigantic kurzerhand zu Britanic umbenannt wurde.

So zumindest hab ich das noch im Kopf, kann natürlich auch seind as ich da falsch liege.

ja, das ist falsch, der name gigantic wurde nie von der wsl oder H&W erwähnt,sie wurde von anfang an britannic genannt und das hatte nie was mit der titanic zu tun. :)

deswegen gibt es die gigantic bei uns auch nicht, wir bleiben bei dem was wirklich war ^^
