Rainier Block is a 64 floor, 264 meter (block) office skyscraper completed in 1971.
It's design demonstrates the amount of offices it has by making 9 distinct sections of the building; Those being the lobby, overhang, six "blocks" and then the equipment floors. Each block, including the overhang, are separate offices which take up all of their section's space. Additionally, I've added steps leading up to the building and a plaza to give it a more monumental feeling. These features, combined with the second section's overhang and general size of the building should leave a strong impression on anyone walking by it. The building also has access to Seattle's underground lightrail system, which only furthers the impression.
