PANDORA: The World of Avatar
Kaltxi! (That's Na'vi for Hello! pronounced as "Kal-Tay") Welcome to PANDORA: The World of Avatar! The land opened at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park last year based around the 2009 James Cameron film and opened up on MCParks in the Summer of 2018 built to scale. The land opened featuring one of the two attractions in the land with the second one in the pipeline for completion in the future.

Na'vi River Journey is a nighttime scenic boat tour through the Valley of Mo'ara (where the attraction takes place) featuring many projection mapped surfaces and a jaw-dropping realistic Audio Animatronic of the Na'vi Shaman of Songs. On the server the projections are done using the server "Armor Stand Animatronics" and block animation along walls featuring the Shaman made up of over a dozen armor stands animating together.

Flight of Passage is a trip through the mountain tops of the moon of Pandora, featuring many drops, lifts and corkscrew turns on your vehicle motion base in front of a projection screen that is 70 feet wide and nearly 100 feet tall. On the server, the scale and intensity of the attraction will be conveyed by creating massive real-life immersion scaled sets designed to make riders feel like they're actually on the planet. This attraction is still under development on the server, but we have released several early development pictures of the attraction towards the end of the photo gallery. While the land is expansive and the attractions occupy a large portion of the 14 acres, there is more to explore including the Windtraders Gift Shop, Pongu Pongu Bar and Satul'i Canteen Quick Service Restaurant. Don't forget to check out the land at night to witness the surroundings come alive through the bioluminescent plant life featuring several interactive points.
