Basically a Hardcore world but on death instead of deleting the world it takes you to the Nether with all your stuff to survive in 'Hell.' And you can't go back to the Overworld.
Build up supples and get enough skulls to build and vanquish the WitherBoss.
Once you do that, it takes you to The End to kill the Ender Dragon (So make sure you have enough supplies for both Bosses).
If you can do that without dying, you can go back to the Overworld. If not, back to the Nether with you to build and destroy another WitherBoss until you can kill the EnderDragon.

also if you finish the game with the dragon it should just end :o
and 3rd if you die from dragon it should just "delete" the world since its suppose to be like hardcore
