Build:

The Construction Exchange has begun development!

The idea behind ConEx is that it is a hardware store within Graystone that was abandoned along with the rest of the town. Not long after, remaining citizens of Graystone have reinhabited the building - and it has become a central trading post for (what is left of) Graystone!

Outside of the lore - the reason this build exists is that SteeltonMC has a functioning Economy with Player Shops. As an administrator, I have several shops on the server and have decided to move them all into Graystone/The Abandonment Project and convert them into repurposed abandoned buildings - as a way to drive more explorers into the town. Previously, the Giftshoppe (not listed/posted yet) and the Pet Store (not listed/posted yet) were the only "active/inhabited" buildings in the town. The move to have functional shops in Graystone has shifted my stance on its lore, and I am addressing that to retain its 'believability.'

Lots and lots of work to be done yet!

*ConEx needs LOADS of work to be considered finished. New road/asphalt textures/palate have been established with this.
*Abandoned manufacturing plant still unfinished, need to get a sense of direction and move forward on that.
*Roads still need to be refined.
*Zoning needs work.
*More buildings to be added of course.
