How do I put this into Minecraft?

I already downloaded and opened the folder from the link.

open start menu type in "%appdata%" then press enter. Open ".Minecraft" then open "saves". Drag the world save into that folder and close the tab. Now run minecraft and it should be in your saves list (: Hope That Helped!!
