Not bad, although:
Don't make the streets straight lines, or look grid-like.
They should be windy and dirty. Kinda like they built on the spot and made it up on the spot. Because they did.
Make a color palette when building, colors that work together well, and work with that. And if you realize something fits in your palette afterwards, use that too!
Make the buildings close together, and meshed sometimes, but put alleyways between a good amount of buildings.
Do multi-level cities: Cities built on multiple ground levels.
Add variations to your buildings, like your church is solid cobble and mossy cobble. Give it a more cozy-ish feel.
Avoid even numbers when building. Go for 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and so on.
Use buttons, trapdoors, ladders, plant pots, leaves etc. for decoration.

Hope that helps:

Sincerely,
~R_M
