History: The Long Port Keys Pedestrian Bridge was built in the 90s under the approval of Mayor Calvin Hardwick to connect the islands of Long Port Keys to the newly renovated Lincoln Port. Due to the easy access between the two areas, the quality of life in Lincoln Port grew drastically, whilst Long Port Keys benefited from the new influx of visitors, leading to larger investments being made into the island. This lead to the development of much nicer and taller condos in the region and thus an increased population meaning more money being spent. Now both area are prosperous residential and commercial areas of the south.
