Oyodo is one of the Unusual warship like Tone And Ise class

She carries many(maybe) seaplane at the back and put turrets only frontside.

Is she did something special? nope. The seaplane  scheduled for oyodo to carry was defective product so 

They converted her hangar by HQ of the Combined fleet. and Oyodo became Flagship of the Combined Fleet.

Oyodo did Flagship's duty shortly and sunk at near Kure.

Flagship's duty was too big for a light crusier. she sprawl on side at bottom. LOL
