This is a readaptation of the Reichstag Building, in Berlin, Germany, with its old ceiling. The building is used as the Parliament for the fictional Scalcinum Empire and is situated on the Imperial Capital of Scalingrad, besides the Imperial Palace and the Supreme Court, facing the Square of Powers.

It was inaugurated by Empress Leila II, in 1744, to house the Imperial Senate (lower chamber) and the Imperial Chamber of Lords and Ladys (upper chamber).

The Senate chamber was inspired in the Reichstag XIX and early XX centuries' chamber. The Chamber of Lords and Ladys was inspired in the House of Lords of the United Kingdom, in the Westminster Palace.

The Chamber of Lords and Ladys house 13 representatives of 11 Imperial Districts. The chamber leader is the Lord Regent Urbano Marcondes, from Scalingrad.
The Senate has 80 seats distributed across 4 parties. The emperor's party, the Imperial National and Communist Front has the majority of 40 senators. The Liberal Socialist Alliance has 15 senators, the Democratic Templar Party has 14 senators and the Rural and Environmental Representative Union, the main opposition party, has 11 senators. Each party has a leader. The leader of the Senate Table is the Chancellor Alba Lorenzonni, from Costagrad.
