A work in progress. When all is said and done, I would like to create ALL of the standard maps (such as "blood gulch", pinacle etc etc).Once the base land mass has been established, I'll jump in game and manually edit things like the caverns, caves, waterfalls etc. If anybody has any templates to the buildings, they would be MUCHLY appreciated in the development of this map! You will get full credit for any help you provide!

UPDATE:
Ok folks. Here's the deal. I'll be continuing this project once again with the help of a trustworthy friend. Can't trust any potential trolls ... Yet...
I'm currently waiting for xcompwiz's mystcraft mod to be updated. I'll use this mod (and an adventure mode server) to host separate age called the forge world and another age for a space scene. I MIGHT open this server to the public, or just post screen shots as I go. Haven't decided... More to come following the Mystcraft update.
Future Plans:
-Raising the entire world (last time I worked on this was with the 128 block limit. ) Heights weren't right, but now I can do it right!
-using a few mods to increase the amount of blocks to choose from. Mostly Direwolf20's season 5 picks.
-wait for eloraam's red power, xcompwiz's Mystcraft, and find a really good halo conversion mod compatible with everything.
-not let RL get in the way, though that being said, I'll be taking RL as strict priority (obviously)
-add a UNSC frigate to the map (seen a few good ones on minecraft planet that I may ask permission to 'steal'
Any requests before I dive in?

An update for all, i am currently trying to upload the files onto a server to allow a multitude of trusted builders to create this world for me. Obviously as you have seen, my life has been quite busy and I have been unable to continue work on this project... more to follow!

Nothing further yet. Real Life is still quite busy these days. Should have some time in the next few weeks. Sorry it can't be faster, but I dot want to rush it and release just a satisfactory map.
I will post pictures as things are completed and update the status bar as required.
I saw that you were going to use some mods for building.
Am I going to have to install those mods for the map to work when it's realesed???
