Tips: Use World painter for the map and for the last few things use World Edit
Get some help from friends who like building too and then u can make a bigger project together because Pandora is an realy Large project normaly if u need some inspiration look the trailer from Avatar:Frontiers of Pandora (new game from Uplay looks realy nice ) :) i hope i could help u
