Hey guys,

This is my entry of the Penthouse Sweet! Solo Build Contest. I spent alot of time and effort adding detail everywhere and i really hope you all liked what you saw.

This is a luxury modern and quite simple penthouse. Red was the main color because i think its a very nice color for modern builds. Now this penthouse is made to look good using default because of the contest but if you want to the map, Flows HD 128x is recommended.

Clearely you only seen the first picture because all my other pictures are in default.

You are allowed to use a texturepack in the 25% of your pictures, the 75% must be unedited. An Admin told me this himself. Just look how I did it in my penthouse :) !
