It's mostly a combination of White and Red concrete, Stone, stone slabs and quartz pillars, but in some areas I've also used bricks and then used custom glass textures on the roof (not available on console unfortunately).

As for the number of blocks used, honestly I couldn't tell you. The only time I've ever counted blocks was when I did the Reebok and I got to 250,000 before getting bored, so I gave up
