The Citadel of Tranquility is the home of the elves where they commune peacefully with the other races. After the ancient city of Sypheria fell this became the only safe haven in which all races could talk about the good of their shattered world. It is the gathering place of the Angel Blocks, their grand meeting hall to discuss all things Minecraft ( http://www.planetminecraft.com/blog/angel-block-society-504030/) Now it has become the spawn of Sypheria where all members can go peacefully and view rules, rate builds, submit server problems, and much more. It also links to a harbor (in progress) that can take one to any other land in the world. Oh and there is a working dam next to it because I thought it would be nice. Basically its freaking awesome.
