Lore: When the city of Justopouli was founded as the capital of the Bythanian Empire, Emperor Menelik I decided to build a grand Basilica to commemorate the victory and establishment of the Bythanian Empire. Over the next 30 years, the city would see mass growth. The Church of the 13 Angles would be made to honor the 13 great Angles who fought off the forces of the underworld.
