This is a model of Burg Hohenzollern, located in Southern Germany. See wiki link for info about the castle:

This model was originally built on an old survival server called "Green City Server", but after the server was discontinued I took the castle and did some touch ups in creative.
I designed this about 2 years ago, and I had help mining and building it in Survival.
I know the real castle is made of sandstone, there was a lack of sandstone in Survival so we made it out of stonebrick. We used mob spawners to get all the wool, but dyed it legitimately.
I apologize about the sorry state of the interior, I am considering going back to this castle and finishing off all the main rooms
