Hi everyone! This last month I had more free time so I worked on a old project i always wanted to do, a Malibu style house! I build it in a custom map I did in WorldPainter and i will release it today too.
Lets start
House presentation:
Our holidays in California continues, but we left the busy LA in order to get some peace in a private condo with private beach!
Our House, a modern beachfront House in a tiny city north of LA has a incredible garden, a endless rooftop pool, some outdoor living spaces and of corse the private beach. Inside we will have a 2 floors high tech house, fully controlled by Pixie, a IA sound controlled that can help you with anything, every room in the house has a Pixie monitor where you can control lights, security cameras, turn on some music, turn on climate control, and even receive calls!
Now, about the house itself on basement we have 2 Aquariums, a service area, a garage were you can store your Ferrari or Range Rover and a nice Gym.
Moving to the ground floor we get a huge open space, divided in 3 areas, a modern kitchen, a living area with a pool table and a dinning area, theres also an WC where you can wash off the beach sand and salt water.
Finally on the 1st floor we will find the masters Suite, kids Suite and a nice Karaoke area and Retro Gaming Room. at 1st floor theres also the pool acesses
This house is even ecological friendly, its energy is solar and its rooftops are covered with gardens.
this house were made for 1.18.2 Java Version, and i suggest to use Optifine and BSL Shaders, it is survival friendly, but its a bit laggy.
I also used World Edit to do most of the building
This will be probably my last building in 1.18.2 my next buildings would be in 1.19.2. I will miss you 1.18.2...
About this House:
This was a project i had probably since 2015 or 2016 that consist in a beachfront house, with a pool on 1st or 2nd floor and at least 3 bedrooms, the problem started with the pool tho, its really hard to do a pool on a 1st/2nd floor that isnt strange to see from outdoor or the house interior would became too tiny... also the house need to be huge in order to dont became strange (or dont look a apartment building as you can see from last picture...) but for the first time i feel realised when i get this house, the whole result dont became too huge to be strange, and the interior space isnt that tiny
This house doesnt have a real counterpart but is inspired in a book description of a house (no pictures tho, i did it all by myself)
