After maybe 2 weeks of thinking what to build next I decided to create a miniature basketball minigame. The point of the game is to score by throwing any item up into the basketball hoop with the power of a slimeblock leap. Making a successful score activates the scoreboard to move you 1 point up for your team and a short series of minor dings and flashes.
This isn't a full on minigame, just meant for a quick bit of fun.
I really hope you enjoy this. It was a really fun, quick build.

Also the scoreboards I used are derived from Mumbo Jumbo's 'Redstone Counting System' machine on day 23 of his Redstone Advent-Calender which can be found at this link:
