Here I've built for you 4 half-automatically "1-klick-Farms".
I tried to build as simple as I can for you.
They are all easy and cheap (just many hoppers), so you could also build them
playing survival.
Here I built the following stuff:
- Cocoabean-Farm
- Sugarcane-Farm
- Melon- Pumpkin-Farm
- Wheat-, Netherwart-, Carrot-, and Potato-Farm
Every farm is built with hoppers, so it's collecting the items automatically.

Update 1:
Now I added a Egg- and a Cowfarm. The eggfarm ist very simple, there are just some chickens swimming over some hoppers which bring the eggs instantly to a chest. It could be stacked to the top, but too many chickens can cause laggs.
The cowfarm is more difficult because there you can choose how many of the cows you want to kill. The !Kill! button just kills big cows. You could also use it too get milk.
You can see both farms at picture 6. and 7.

I added a collection of half-automaticcaly furnaces which works with hoppers. There are 4 different kinds of it.
You can learn to build it with 1, 2, 3 or 4 furnaces easily.
You can see it in picture 8.
Update 3:
I added a automatic minecart-furnace.
This furnace makes cooking Items much easier. You put your Items in 2 Chests (Could also be 1) and your coal in 2 other chests. Then 1 minecart will automatically allocate the coal into 12 furnaces. Another minecart allocates the Items. A third minecart collects the cooked Items from the furnaces and puts it into the Final-Chest.
The whole machine can be started and stoped by a lever.
Update 4:
I built a brewing machine, with wich you can just klick on the buttons with the Potion-Item you want to put in the brewing stand. You can also put in more items in a row for example:
(1 Netherwart, 1 Sugar, 1 Glowstone and 1 Gunpowder = Speed 2 Throwing-Potion)
The brewing stand gets automatic filled up with water bottles from a chest behind.

Changed the name and the whole concept of the project because i already built stuff (furnaces,brewingmachine,...) which doesn't fit in the old conecpt. (farms)
