BACKGROUND

The Annihilator-class is the most commonly used ship in the Slime Legion, and for good reason. The Annihilator-class boasts some of the Slime Legion's greatest technological advancements; honeycombed obsidian, the nanostorm missile, the darkness generator and thruster, and the time warp module. Honeycombed obsidian is created by pouring liquid obsidian into molds, creating obsidian that is both strong and light. The nanostorm missile is similar to a hellstorm missile, except instead of mini missiles, it deploys exploding nanites, creating an even larger area of destruction, making this weapon highly effective against both organic units and other fighters. The darkness generator absorbs shadows, an infinite resource, and converts them into a liquid form, which is then used used as fuel for the darkness thruster. Finally, the Slime Legion's greatest invention; the time warp module. Unlike a time-slow device, which slows down time for everyone except the user, the time warp module only temporarily alters the user's perception of time. In other words, the time warp module slows down time for everyone, including the user, so that even though the user moves slower, they have "more time" to react, because they don't have to make split-second decisions. To everyone else, everything is moving at normal speed, but to the user, everything moves extremely slow. The time warp module also solved the problem that came with the time-slow device; if everything except the user was slowed and/or stopped, the user would continue to age normally, with everything else aging slower. Also, the ship's tip is extremely sharp, making it useful for poking holes in other ships.
