The 3 Freightway Building (also known as Number Three) is a 17-story Beaux Arts (?) styled office/residential building, located at 3 Freightway, Limettan, NLC in Financial District. Built 1901-1902. Was rebuilt in 1968, after a fire during The 1968 Riot.
Yay! The first quarter of the updated NLC is finished! This is also my first submission in 2020!
Building time: ~1.5 hour.
Not all buildings have their final locations, but the ones that are uploaded have.
All buildings will have exact addresses with numbers, but it will be a bit later.
All projects I will upload are from one giant project called "the United Citrus States (UCS)". I'll name the state and city in the project title.
The buildings on the background (will) have their own pages.

I always wanted to have a real stick build gong server and previews attempted to. I failed but I learned a lot. Honestly I’m not that good at building but I’m good with plugins and administration. If you’re interested we could do this server together.
