The Leopard 2 is a main battle tank which entered service with the West German Bundeswehr in 1979 and continues to be used by the German Army today. It has been continuously improved since its introduction in the late 70s. The two variants I have built are the 2A5 and 2A6, later variants of the Leopard 2 series. The 2A5 differs from the earlier 2A4 in improved armor and capability to fire better projectiles. The 2A6 is overall very similar to the 2A5, but it features a longer main gun. The 2A7 and 2A7V are upgraded versions of the 2A6
