Pocket Dimensions is a mod for 1.12.2 that allows you to make Reactor Scrolls, & teleport to dimensions by using those scrolls.
It works best with Forgiving Void and Nether Portal Fix. Requires Forge.
To link a dimension to a scroll, use an anvil to add that dimension's name to the beginning of the scroll's name. (Only works with nether & end)
To link a pocket dimension to a scroll, use an anvil to add a number from 1 to 5 at the end of the scroll's name.
Something special happens when you link it to "Herobrine World". (Test this in creative!)
It is recommended to have a pickaxe & water bucket with you when you use a scroll. (& ladders) And to have Forgiving Void installed. Because, when you use a scroll linked to the end, you'll fall from the sky. & in other dimensions, it will put you underground. Does not work on flat worlds.
I Plan to port this to 1.18+ in the future.
