Part of the overo family of pinto patterns, we have the splashed white. The name describes the pattern, it's like the hors had a splash of paint or was dipped in paint, making face and underside white.
The patten ranges from just white stockings and face, to nearly white with only spots of color on the topline of the horse, but all of them with blue eyes, even when the white marking on the face doesn't cover it.
