This is a fix. Download as a mini mob pack for 1.17+ to fix you smiley axolotl pack. just put it on top of your pack and it applies the texture fix that Jappa quietly added in 1.18. To my knowledge vanillatweaks has yet to catch on that they have outdated textures on their site. anything made before 1.18 has the bad texture. I can make this a texture pack, but PMC already has the feature built in.
