The lush jungle surrounds you. Night is falling. A cool, tropical breeze rattles the leaves of the great jungle tree canopies as you hack away at the ever green growth of the jungle floor. The humidity touches your skin like a wet furnace; a sauna. The Player wipes their brow in drenched sweat under the towering jungle trees. The sun begins to dip down almost suddenly. It's not quite twilight. The Player hurries. You hack and slash your way to a wide floor opening covered in bushes and foliage, and rest for a single moment. You hear a padder of multiple steps. You dart your eyes to every possible side, your flank open to every angle of your circumference. You draw your sword as the bushes snap to reveal a leaping Jungle Spider! You swiftly turn around and swat it clean with your sword. It dies immediately as its mossy overgrowth, exotic body hits the ground and puffs into smoke. Thank goodness that Villager gave you Bane of Arthropods earlier. Who knew you'd actually use it? You stop in your rest immediately. More steps. Then a series of steps. A dozen; a hundred; a hundred hundreds! You wield your sword in stance and pull out your shield. A swarm of venomous Jungle Spiders surrounds your every flank... and you are alone as the night begins to fall in the jungle.
