A Hummingbird is an extinct reptile (part of an extinct group called birds) that lived in what is now the Americas during the Holocene and was possibly bipedal. Their sharp toothless beaks suggests that they may have drilled through the skin of much larger animals to drink their bodily fluids like blood, for example. They were most likely solitary carnivores as the fossil sites containing hummingbirds suggests.
