Nvidia has released an update to their drivers that break the game.

You need to either re-install the drivers, and NOT install the 3D Vision (the cause of the error), or completely downgrade to the previous version of the driver.

That computer is too old to support Windows 10 correctly. You need to downgrade back to Windows 7 to get proper drivers for it.

PMs will not achieve much, because that's why the ticket system exists. We have a huge amount of tickets and not enough mods to actively handle them, so they generally get ignored unless they are certain types.

I've assigned your ticket to myself so that I will look into it when I get time to.

Preferences do not give it a personality, however that becomes itself it's own debate.

Bot vs AI is still also a theoretical question, to which the answer differs on who you ask. To some, a bot can include AI, to others they are distinct things. Such a discussion is not one to which is left alone to a dictionary.

AIs attempt to adapt to those around them, building up as they go. Such behavior can also be considered in a bot, what draws that line though?

That question was meant to be theological, it was not meant to be a straight answer.

It's like the difference between software engineers and programmers. People give you different answers, because they could mean different things.

None of the questions really I gave were meant to be simple answers. They required thought, to which an AI (one that actually attempted personality) should be able to answer. If I wanted it to be simple, it would have been.

But, the fact it's effectively now "it has knowledge" does in fact change what you want. Thanks for clarifying what you were meaning with that.

The fact you said "full personality" but then completely limit it is not a personality at all, but rather it's now become a "Template Bot", which has 0 personality.

The fact it's so limited makes it a poor concept. This isn't an AI of any sort, it'd be at best a bot. "It's a full personality, but any personal questions are effectively not allowed".

Here is a nice question, and one I expect an actual answer from such a "personality". They actually require thought, and so are not so casually thrown to the wind:
Why should we as a community care about this AI?
Why should we be driving it's own thoughts, instead of letting it have it's own?
How does a bot differ from an AI?
Why are you called an AI?
What truly makes an AI an AI?

Those above questions and comments are not representative of the moderation-side of me, but of a serious nature. Human nature is a very finicky thing, and you've discarded it to the side to try to make something "personal". I wish you extreme luck.

You are being trolled. Mojang does not ban accounts from multiplayer.

You are just banned from that one server. Any other server will work.

Also listing names is not allowed.

star_weaverive had minecraft crash plenty of times cos i havnt enabled minidumps after a clean install

A minidump is "when you crash, dump the memory so that someone can read it and determine why it crashed"

It is not why the game crashed. It is Java saying "oh, you crashed. I cannot make this minidump to help you figure out why you crashed though".

Enabling it will not fix an error, because it is not causing one. It is additional logging.

With Windows 10 being installed, the above advise is generally correct, but it's good to check to make sure.

Enable VBOs and VSync in your "Options" when you start the game. It is a known issue on Intel onboard graphics.

MrrMidnightMaybe I can help a bit.
As seen in the error log:

The system is overloaded and can't stay running.
I had this lots of times before. It's a common error with vanilla servers. Mostly when hosted on your local pc.
The only advise I can give you is, try a hosting or Spigot.
Since this is a common error there are more than enough websites, forums/topics where is a good explained fix for this error. A simple google search should do the trick.

That is unrelated to his problem. It is not the cause of his crash, just if he notices the game perform slowly, that's where that log message is coming from. As he found himself, it is the VBO option that causes it because of (faulty) Intel drivers.

star_weaverid say it crashes because minidumps arnt enabled by default on your version of windows

That is just a "debugging" message, and has 0 relation to his crash.

That would unfortunately be correct. You would need to get a Windows 7 license for that laptop to put 7 on it if it was a fresh upgrade.

Intel does not support your video chipset on Windows 10. You need to downgrade back to Windows 7 for it to get supported drivers.
