I've had random mental breakdowns like 5 times today I need a counselor fr but I wouldn't be able to get myself to tell them what I need to without just sobbing
Try taking deep breaths and drinking some water if you can, it helps dilute the stress chemicals in your body ^^ Mindfulness exercises really help too! <3
I don't really struggle with swallowing them anymore but it's just so much I mean like 4 times a day? It's really complicated too... I'll get used to it I guess but I just hate it rn 😭
Nah I get what you mean, recently got like 2 new temp meds and it's like bruh. ((Doesn't help when you can only take so many at a time without choking))
before anyone asks i would like to clarify that yes i do have a spoon that replaces the shovel part with a shell design making it harder to eat stuff and yes i do only have one which means my family fights over who gets the cool shell spoon
