Change to clone mode.

Position the brush and left click to copy the brush area to the clipboard. The brush will automatically change to the 'Clipboard Brush" (far right) and the mode to Draw Mode (far left) (You can manually switch to noise or HSV modes etc.)
Left clicking again will paste the clipboard into the new position.
(One can also clickdrag the clipboard brush, but I've not found a use for that.)
(i.e. not too astounding IMO, but I tend to do the majority of the work in an exterior graphics program [GIMP] only using the PMC editor for things like alignment chekcs and final tweaks)
Will be interested to see if any of the heavy-PMC_skin_editor users have discovered other utility…
