    This is exactly how I feel.

    Dark mode everywhere else is... dark, but on PMC all the buttons and links are so bright that it just looks weird and doesn't help at all.

    I really like PMC's dark mode's design. Something about it just hurtts. Like Discord's Nitro colour schemes. They hurt. So pretty, so painful. xD
    A plain cohesive design will always be better for me. :) Usually? That's dark mode! xD Discord's light mode doesn't feel as tidy.

    Dark mode (though sometimes I'm in light mode when signed out of PMC, though that's typically just because that's the default setting.)

    Only if death is considered 'very good', which it clearly isn't. And there's still the fact of the literal days of creation, which means that animals wouldn't have had time to die.

    That would be reasonable. The main point is that Adam knew exactly what he was doing, meaning he was fully responsible for it; the side details aren't really important.

    I think old religious and mythical concepts, at one point, WERE a form of science. Advanced concepts that we seem to lack the context to fully integrate into modern thinking. For instance, there is a huge amount of crossover with Buddhism and quantum physics. Simulation theory is a 'modern' creationism theory. I align mostly with Christianity, but I like to study different religious concepts and try to relate them to a modern day mind frame.

    Adam knew it was against God to disobey, but I remember God saying they would return to dust. Maybe that was the explanation. I'm not sure there was more. But maybe.

    No. However, as they were created for man's benefit, they must suffer for his sin.

    God warned them very specifically about what would happen in case of disobedience. While the injunction as recorded in Genesis is brief and to the point, no doubt a good deal more was said at the time, so that Adam knew exactly what would happen.
