Raffle?
I'm
sure most of you know what a Raffle is but in case you don't the way
its settled on PMC is generally via a thread for signing up, then the
creator will draw a random user (or more than one user depending on how
much winners there are per raffle) sometimes its for just one item or
there are multiple and the user can pick one to raffle for.

Adoptable?
Adoptable are (in
the context of art) OCs artists make and willingly put up for sale so
that other people can use them for whatever they want. To use my
adoptables just ask and we can settle terms. I have every right to deny your request to adopt and adoptable as its fully mine until you "buy" it.
