  I have a hybrid oc idea, like if it's ok
  
  Hybrid: Nightwing/Rzineing
  Design: Black with neon circles with black holes of any random color now and then
  Eyes: Vary, change color like rsineing scales
  Main idea: When he touches you, any tribe will change scales to show emotions like rainwings
