I made a server called Lords of Armor about a week ago, but I'm the only one working on it so it's a little bit small. However, it still has fun features like:

minigames - what i worked on mostly :3
server shop - kind of small, but provides a way to make money
tutorials - to explain how to protect/do various things
griefprevention - claim your land so you don't get griefed!
