I have recently created a server for Forge 1.12.2 that gives the idea: "What if 2b2t was modded?"
It contains many science-fiction/tech elements, such as guns, spaceships, hyperspace, and more.
It is 100% free-to-play, and contains only 10 mods.

We include our own version of the 2b2t times using map art, a nether highway (WIP), a message board using signs, and are ruled by an Empire of Man group currently.
