License changing means that Oscra Realism has now changed the pricing and aggreements for both Oscra Realism - 1024x and 512x they were no longer present in FOZ DTX LICENSE and now they are present under CCO License.

Who will be the applicants?
All the new users who will purshace the Oscra Realism 512x and 1024x will be the Applicantss for CCO License. But every user who got this resource pack before license change will not be the Applicants for CCO License

Will Oscra Realism still be free?
No, After Switching the License from FOZ DTX to CCO now Oscra Realism 1024x is for $10.00 and 512x is for $5.99 and all the Oscra Services for these packs will be paid. But all the use who get this pack before License changing will still be able to enjoy with FOZ DTX License for FREE in there old version not in latest version also they will get all the services for free but only for old version.
