Hello Everyone I am ItzJustHypno and I am the Co-Owner and Founder of a new Community called VoxelHeim, we are currently running our server on 1.20.1 and hope to progress through the updates.

Our team is made up of Experienced and mature players who have worked together on countless projects, We have all decided that now is the right time to go at it our selves and create something new and fun. Our small but dedicated team is here to create a fun and dedicated place for people of all backgrounds. To do this we are following the following aims.

1. Paywall free experience - all perks and ranks are free to obtain within the server all you need to do is dedicate time to play

2. Judgement free place - A place for all to play no matter your background. All members of staff and Support team are vetted before a position is appointed

3. A fun and relaxing place to play - A server where every moment is as fun and relaxing just like it was when we first started to play the game.

Our current team is made up of 3 Owners all of whom have experiences in some part of the game be it development of servers, experiences on a staff team to running a community, We also have an admin and 2 moderators all of whom have experiences playing the game and playing with a verity of plugins and servers.

What is the point of this post, I hear you ask?

Well everyone we would like to formally invite players to join our small team to help bring the dream to a reality. We are looking for mature go getters who are looking to help build a community with us. Experience is not required for some of our positions but experience is preferred, please don't let that deter you from applying.

The positions we are looking for are Developers - Plugin coders, config developers and someone who is confident with discord.

We are looking for experienced Developers in Plugin design and making of said plugins to config developers Experience is required for this and some proof of experience is required. (this can be done during an interview)

Media rep - Experience is not required but preferred

We are looking for a media rep who is looking to help create a brand and maintain our discord and forums (once created). Maintenance will be for adding additional bots and channels where required to help create a fun and interactive place to be a member of.

Builders - Medieval Experience

We are looking for builders to help produce our Servers builds in the style of medieval, A current template is in the works but we need people to be able to help create our vision. World edit experience is not required but a bonus if you know the inner workings of the mod

Advertisers

We are looking for people who are confident in communication and selling the server. we are NOT looking for someone who will go to other servers and spam our ip this is unacceptable.

What are we looking for in the individual who is applying for a role within our server?

We are looking for an individual who is punctual, hard working, has a great teamworking skills, who is a go getter and a get it doner, Someone who is transparent when applying and is comfortable to voice chat
