this datapack makes it so you take wither damage if you stand under direct sunlight, it also locks the sun so it's always noon, and makes it so there's no rain, so you can never go outside

if you want a story-focused explanation for that, i like to think you're on a planet where that's just a thing, and you're just evolved to live in caves
